What We Recover
Wallet recovery covers software wallets (desktop and browser-based), mobile wallets, and paper or offline backups where access has been lost due to forgotten credentials, incomplete seed phrases, corrupted files, or device failure.
Common Scenarios
- Partial or damaged BIP39 / BIP44 seed phrases (12 or 24 words)
- Forgotten wallet passwords or encryption passphrases
- Corrupted wallet.dat, keystore, or backup files
- Lost access after OS reinstall, hard-drive failure, or accidental deletion
- Migration issues between wallet software versions
Our Approach
We begin with a non-custodial assessment. You are never asked to send full private keys or complete seed phrases in the initial request. Depending on the case we may use:
- Controlled dictionary and brute-force analysis on encrypted backups (performed offline where possible)
- Seed phrase reconstruction from partial words, known positions, or checksum validation
- File-system and forensic recovery of deleted or damaged wallet data
- Guidance on secure re-import into a new, verified wallet under your control
What Improves Success Odds
- Any remaining fragments of the seed phrase or password
- Approximate creation date and original software/version
- Backup files, even if corrupted
- Transaction history or addresses you previously controlled
Important Notes
Not every wallet can be recovered. Success depends on available data and the cryptographic strength of the protection used. We provide an honest feasibility assessment before any paid engagement. Legitimate recovery never requires you to send funds “for verification” or to share full seed phrases with untrusted parties.
